Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York will receive sealed proposals for the following contract:
FURNISHING OF RHINOTAB TABLET COMPUTERS
until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, in the Main Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York, 11520, at which time and place they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
Specifications may be seen and obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Municipal Building, 1st Floor, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York, 11520, or on the Village of Freeport’s website www.freeportny.gov from 9:00 A.M. on Monday, September 16, 2019 until 4:00 P.M. Friday, September 27, 2019. There is no charge for the bid documents.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals received and subject to these reservations, shall award the contract to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder. Bids, which, in the opinion of the Board, are unbalanced, shall be rejected.
In submitting a bid, bidders agree not to withdraw their bid within fortyfive (45) days after the date for the opening thereof.
